By your participation in the WIPPRO Photo Award you accept the following conditions:
1. The competition is open to persons aged 18 years and over.
2. Entries into the competition are made by uploading photos to www.wippro.at in compliance with the Conditions of Entry. All correctly submitted photos will be saved and assessed by a jury. Contestants are fully responsible for the images they submit and the associated copyright. Any images showing people must be accompanied by proof of consent of the persons concerned.
3. Only photos including an image of a WIPPRO product may be uploaded. Uploaded images showing competitor products will be deleted immediately upon receipt and will not be published.
4. Winners will be announced on the first of each month on the WIPPRO website. The jury's decision is final, and cannot be questioned. No information concerning the decision-making process or reasons for decisions made can be given at any time. Contestants have no right of judicial recourse.
5. Winners will be notified in person by post, e-mail or telephone, based on the details they submit.
6. By their participation in the Photo Award, all contestants confirm that they own unlimited copyright to the photos they submit and have been authorised to portray the subjects, marks and persons depicted in them for the purposes of competition. WIPPRO shall not be responsible for any complaints received from third parties regarding their depiction in photos submitted. Contestants are obliged to request the consent of the persons depicted, and are responsible accordingly for any complaints in this regard.
7. The personal data entered will be used to identify winners and ensure allocation of prizes.
8. Any persons participating in the competition thereby declare their agreement to receive other information from WIPPRO. This service can be deactivated at any time. To that end, all Newsletter subscribers will receive an e-mail (sent to the e-mail address indicated on registration) containing a return address to which notice of cancellation is to be sent. Receipt of promotional materials may also be cancelled by telephone or post.
9. The data entered on registration will be stored and processed by WIPPRO. Contestants consent to the collection, storage and processing of their data.
10. No data will be disclosed to third parties. On written request (e-mail or fax being considered adequate) the data held on file by WIPPRO will be immediately deleted.
11. Contestants grant WIPPRO an irrevocable licence to use the submitted photos free of charge for marketing and promotional purposes.
12. The organiser of this competition is WIPPRO Ges.m.b.H & CO.KG, Gewerbestrasse 2, A-4191 Vorderweissenbach.
13. WIPPRO reserves the right to delete any uploaded images which it considers may cause offence or which it deems unsuitable or inappropriate, such as by reason of its violent, criminal, religious, political, racist, sexual or exploitative content.
14. Contestants may submit a maximum of two photos. Any additional photos submitted will not be accepted. All correctly submitted photos will be held securely in the gallery, from which only the jury is able to delete images. It is not technically possible to prevent downloading of photos from the website.
15. A jury will decide on the winners.
16. PLEASE READ THROUGH THESE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY THOROUGHLY BEFORE REGISTERING. BY YOUR PARTICIPATION, YOU DECLARE YOUR CONSENT TO THE CONDITIONS.
17. Employees of WIPPRO or their families are not permitted to take part in the competition.
18. If you do not consent to all the conditions of entry, you cannot take part in the competition.
