Frame

Multi-layer bonded wood with solid wood inlays in the rebate and edge area.
Two-step rebate in frame.

Door leaf

Multi-layer bonded wood as carrier and stiffening frame with built-in solid wood frame in double rebate area, 2 silicone seals built into the door leaf. High-grade water-proof insulation in door leaf, also in filling.

A metal plate is inserted as an additional stabiliser to provide a barrier layer and prevent percussive penetration on the inside and outside beneath the last covering layer.

Three-dimensionally adjustable hinges

with nylon backing permit fine adjustment
of the contact pressure of the seals on the frame as well as adjustment of the door leaf without having to detach it.

Multi-lock

with 5 swivel bars and a main bolt as standard. The striking plates are adjustable, enabling optimum adjustment of the contact pressure to the various seals.
An additional safe bolt lock is available as an option, featuring 12 (2x 6) additional bolts as optimum break-in protection.

A stainless steel cylinder cover rosette with integrated anti-drill and core drawback protection is also available.

A adjuster screw

can be turned to provide easy regulation of the contact pressure of the top and bottom singles. This ensures permanent sealing in any weather conditions. The screw can be adjusted at any time.
